Program status
Updated October 12, 2026. OYKRA messaging is operated by My California Home Solution, LLC d/b/a OYKRA. The dedicated number +1 (858) 330-0533 supports requested invitations and staff replies to eligible recent incoming customer texts, with opt-out handling and delivery-status records. Automatic customer SMS activity alerts and property-marketing campaigns are not active. Business support remains available at deals@mycahomesolution.com or (858) 465-5417. Providing a phone number does not enroll it in the messaging program or confirm that it belongs to you.
Optional property marketing
Only opt in if you are authorized to use the supplied number. An affirmative choice permits OYKRA property-marketing texts described in the sign-up disclosure, including automated texts where stated. Consent is not a condition of buying property or using the marketplace. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Consent is specific to OYKRA and the stated subject and is not transferred from another business.
Requested service messages
Separately requested security codes, conversation notices and walkthrough updates may be offered when their messaging flow is activated. Their disclosure will identify the sender and purpose. Marketing permission will not be bundled into a required security or account action.
STOP, HELP and support
For an activated program, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also contact deals@mycahomesolution.com or (858) 465-5417. The program must honor supported opt-out requests before further messages are sent, apart from an appropriate confirmation or legally permitted communication. Rejoining requires new applicable consent. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
OYKRA does not sell or share text-message opt-in information or consent for another company’s marketing. Messaging providers process information needed to operate and support the program. See the Privacy Policy for data handling and requests.
