OYKRA provides listing, communication and transaction-coordination tools. Signing a listing or transaction agreement and arranging payment happen separately from ordinary website actions. Enabled email notices can cover messages, offers, properties, walkthroughs and contract-workspace activity, subject to verified email, category preferences and current access. Connected devices can receive enabled push categories, including administrator review alerts. Staff can send requested invitations and reply to eligible recent incoming customer texts. Automatic customer SMS activity alerts and staff-run property-marketing campaigns remain off.
Direct purchase and brokerage separation
My California Home Solution acts as a direct property buyer when making an offer. It does not represent the seller as an agent in that transaction. Brokerage services are offered separately through Ktesius Realty Corporation (California DRE #01842170).
